Reiki (pronounced ray-key) comes from the Japanese words “rei” meaning universal or spiritual wisdom and “ki” meaning vital life force energy that flows through all living things.  
 
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-based technique that promotes overall health and well-being through stress reduction and relaxation (this is not a massage). Crystal uses her Usui Reiki certification to restore the flow of energy helping the body’s own natural ability to restore wellness. 
 
Reiki has been shown to be effective for:

  • Detoxifying the body
