What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create. - BUDDHA This is not easy. I try to maintain positive thoughts but life keeps interrupting my flow. I catch myself “in the act” more often than not so I am making progress! I believe a negative thought needs to be acknowledged before releasing it. Acknowledge the negativity, ask for help with removing it, and then gladly hand it over to Source. My end result? Freedom and comfort. Not only am I free of the negativity but Source has removed it from our realm. I continue infusing positive thoughts to become a better person that attracts love and understanding on the way to creating the wonderful life I imagine. What a beautiful thing! - Crystal K. Williams
